The APNM Foundation was created in December 2001 and is operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of Animal Protection New Mexico, Inc. (APNM). The APNM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, as designated by the Internal Revenue Service, with a Federal Tax Exempt ID #26-0042048. APNM Foundation is a nonprofit corporation registered in New Mexico. It is not a member organization, but exists solely to support APNM.
