Information: Fix the 505 Spay/Neuter Program. We at PACA/AAR have always known that spay/neuter is the ULTIMATE SOLUTION to ending the over-population problem that has long plagued Albuquerque and all of New Mexico. We want to do our part to become part of this solution, beyond the rescue and adoption work we do. In 2014, PACA/AAR proudly launched our continuing small-scale program to provide FREE spay/neuter for low-income pet owners. We also expanded our high-impact feral cat trap-fix-release (TNR) program. Please contact us if you have a dog or cat that needs to be spayed or neutered in Bernalillo County. We offer free spay/neuter to qualified applicants.
