Information: Low-cost spay/neuter program benefits those persons who live below the poverty level, are disabled, elderly, unemployed, or work for minimum wage. Also, dogs and cats of servicepeople at Cannon Air Force Base qualify for this program. Please contact for more information. Program serves Curry, DeBaca, Roosevelt, and Quay counties.
