Spay/Neuter Services: We have partnered with a couple of other groups and have opened the spay and neuter clinic at the shelter. We are currently focusing on shelter animals, TNR cats, low-income vouchers, and cats within the HART foster program. We will be accepting cats from other rescues that pull from Valencia county and provide low-cost services to the community. Thanks to a grant from PetCo, we can also provide FREE combo vaccines to community owned animals!
