Information: We provide low-cost spay/neuter for dogs and cats. Currently, our priority is low-income: those below 165% of poverty. We currently are working to schedule mobile clinics with Paws and Hooves from El Paso. Please contact for details.

Information: Offers rebate certificates. No income restrictions. Applications are available at police department or Paws and Claws Thrift Shop. Rebate certificates – $40 for a male dog or cat and $50 for a female dog or cat – may be used at any vet clinic. Spay-a-Stray is a free trap/neuter/release program for feral and stray cats. Can offer other financial assistance on case-by-case basis, please call for more information.
